Wisdom Living As a Vision 

You will be trained in the core concepts and methodology that make up the Wisdom Courses curriculum. You will develop skills in embodying a vision, effectively communicating real life experiences, public speaking, and relationship-building. The course includes individualized study of ethics. The hallmark of completing this course is demonstrating what it is to be vibrantly connected, generative, independently responsible, and self-expressed in matters of importance in a community. 
 

Foundations of Coaching

In this training you will begin to learn the foundational distinctions of coaching others inside an ontological, transformational context.  The focus will be on who the coach is being, and who the “coachee” is being in their life or in the endeavor they are getting coached in. You will focus on developing the ability to speak and listen such that others are empowered in their lives and in their commitments.  
 

Wisdom Empowering Fulfillment in the Lives of Others 

Are you committed to being effective mentor to individuals and small groups? In this course you will study various models of empowerment, and observe people in real-life situations to discover what engages them in living life fully. You will be trained to: 

• Listen for people’s intentions, regardless of how they are communicating 

• Conduct conversations that give people access to creating new futures for their lives 

• Generate a background of relatedness sufficient for having conversations that impact people’s ability to focus on what matters in fulfilling their intentions 

• Support people in developing a pathway for making their intentions a reality 

• Provide coaching that moves people into action.
   

Wisdom Foundations of Community Leadership 

Are you committed to empowering groups in fulfilling their intentions? Through observation and real-life engagement, you will discover the value of public involvement and learn the dynamics of how communities operate as well as what it takes to be related to as a trusted partner and as someone who can provide leadership.  

You will develop skills that are essential for making a difference in what is important to your constituencies. Inherent in this training is your ongoing education in community dynamics, community engagement and the value given by public participation and practice in a community.   
 

Wisdom Listening 

You will learn the skills and attributes essential for engaging people in inquires that open up new possibilities in their lives. You will develop the ability to generate a background of relatedness that creates a safe environment for open communication – to listen to people’s contributions without adding your own point of view, and be aware when it is appropriate to pause and give people the opportunity to propose new topics for discussion. You begin to master the dynamics of conducting life-altering conversations. You can apply these abilities in any situation with members of your various communities. 
 

Wisdom Performance and Productivity Support 

You will practice and begin to master ways of listening that create an environment where people have the opportunity to discover new arenas of self-expression. This self-expression shows up as people generating futures that were previously unimaginable and taking actions to fulfill those futures.  You will also develop yourself to reliably operate at a very high level of integrity, which is essential to listening such that what emerges in conversations is an authentic transformation in what people see is possible for themselves and their lives.
