Event Production Fundamentals 

You will be trained in best-practices in the delivery of a successful online event -- meetings, courses and programs. This includes the management of slides, videos, breakout rooms, customer service, chats and language interpretation. You will get trained in management essentials for the different constituencies in an online environment – participants, leaders, production team members and other stakeholders. 
 

Intermediate Event Production 

You will be trained in the techniques and strategies required to plan a successful online or in-person event. This includes developing competencies in project management, time management, managing details, and budgeting. You will also be trained in what it looks like to communicate clearly, coordinate with various constituencies, and manage expectations. 
 

Senior Event Production 

You will be trained to effectively produce medium-sized virtual or in-person events. You will learn how to interact with participants to track and impact the intended results of the event, and in the communication skills required to impact those results. You will develop the ability to effectively resolve breakdowns in customer and stakeholder interactions, and deal with technical, budgetary, and facility issues.   
 

Advanced Event Production 

You will be trained in producing successful large, multi-day events, and in what it takes to be accountable for managing production to support fulfilling the intended outcomes of the events. You will acquire the skills to competently supervise all aspects of events, including facilities and budgets. You will develop mastery in handling production breakdowns expeditiously and professionally, and in communicating effectively to resolve challenging customer service issues. You will also experience an elevated level of personal productivity. 
 

Event Production Mastery 

You will receive advanced training in producing successful large, multi-day events that fulfill their intended outcomes. You will acquire the ability to single-handedly supervise all aspects of events, including facilities and budgets. You become masterful in handling production breakdowns expeditiously and professionally, and in communicating effectively to resolve challenging customer service issues. You will also achieve an expanded level of personal productivity.
