Wisdom Leading Fundamentals I

You will be trained in engaging in the inquiry of “what does it take for me to be an extraordinary result producer in my life and in the world?” You will have the opportunity to discover your natural self-expression of leadership that makes a difference with others, in their lives and communities. You will gain access to performing - from creation versus force, and from who you are naturally rather than an incomplete past - in the areas of contribution, leadership, and making a difference.
 

Leading, Engagement, and Contribution

You will develop prowess in the art and science of speaking to individuals and small-sized groups, and build mastery in speaking to larger and more diverse groups.  You will be trained in the fundamentals of designing, coordinating, and leading community conversations and events. Beyond motivating people, you begin to develop mastery in generating the kind of inspiration that comes from being present to new possibilities that touch, move, and inspire them. You will discover how to best deal with the fear of public speaking and gain greater confidence in leading and presenting to others. 
 

Wisdom Foundations of Advanced Leading 

Participants will develop the capacity to be independent leaders of Landmark’s Wisdom Courses. Participants focus on the abilities necessary to be effective in the initial stages of leading the Wisdom courses. Each participant selects the skills they need to acquire that give them the confidence to be boldly in action from their commitment, rather than playing it safe. This confidence allows them to develop and tailor their expression of leadership to any size group such that the group is engaged in taking action. 
 

Leading Seminars I 

You will begin to explore the essential aspects of leading ontological seminars – mastering self-expression that makes a difference in people’s lives and in the world, operating from a unique set of distinctions, program presentation and delivery, and interacting powerfully with others.  You will discover what it takes to keep integrity vibrantly alive, opening up new worlds of power, performance, peace of mind, and self-expression for you. 
 

Leading Community and Project Based Programs I 

The Leading Community and Project Based Programs I course is designed for people who are committed to developing their ability to impact their local and global concerns. This includes developing themselves to be leaders of the ÄÛ²ÝÊÓƵSelf-Expression and Leadership Program. 

Participants explore new domains of leadership through studying, experiential activities, presentations, and classroom training. They have opportunities to discover the dynamics inherent in operating effectively in a community, and are challenged to attain the skills necessary to accomplish this. To demonstrate their competency in providing leadership, each participant leads course discussions, and creates original talks and delivers them to the class. 
 

Wisdom Leading Inquiries 

Wisdom Leading Inquiries is a cutting-edge course in designing and leading inquiry-based educational conversations and programs. In this course you will acquire skills in effectively listening, recreating another, and adding nothing to a conversation such that people are left moved, touched, and inspired by their own personal discoveries. You will interact with a coach, allowing you to discover your barriers to public speaking and gain greater confidence while presenting in front of others. Participation in this course results in long-lasting power in designing discussion topics that move people into action, benefitting both personal and business communication.
 

Leading Seminars II  

This is a cutting-edge course in being a new kind of leader in the world. Participants are immersed in a new way of operating in life, developing ways of functioning that are consistent with being a leader of ontological seminars and living from a set of unique distinctions. As a result, they are confident, powerful, stand out in groups of people, and are known for operating with a distinct level of integrity. At the end of this course, they are ready to co-lead a ÄÛ²ÝÊÓƵSeminar.
 

Leading Community and Project Based Programs II 

In this cutting-edge course you will be trained to be a new kind of leader in the world, capable of rapidly moving large groups into effective action. You will develop mastery in performance through knowledge, skills, and discipline. You will become competent in designing and delivering projects on time with excellence and velocity. You will have access to achieving a long-lasting increase in effectiveness in all areas of life and in your ability to produce measurable results with large groups of people.
 

Wisdom Advanced Leading 

You will be trained in all the major Wisdom Course Leader accountabilities, including program delivery, documenting performance results, management of the teams that support the courses, and sales. You will develop your ability to utilize Wisdom Course concepts to design and powerfully generate conversations that contribute to fulfilling a commitment. You will expand your prowess in reliably operating from distinctions that impact the effectiveness of others in large group presentations. You will be able to apply these skills and abilities to providing leadership that inspires people to fulfill aspirations greater than themselves in ÄÛ²ÝÊÓƵand in the world. 
 

Leading Communication Based Programs I 

You will learn to lead programs that train people in Landmark's distinctions in communication. Through coaching, practices, and real-life experiences, you will develop prowess in a) effectively listening and speaking to program participants and b) powerfully generating program content as it is intended to be delivered. These skills can be applied to leading any program. 
 

Leading Seminars III

Building upon Leading Seminars II, this is a cutting-edge leadership course in which you will be developed to lead ontological seminars using Landmark's unique pedagogy. You will attain competence in:

• Speaking and being in a way that what you are saying actually gets heard.
• Having powerful interactions that leave people in seminars with the opportunity to discover new realms of possibility for themselves.
• The art and science of conducting conversations that investigate, explore, and open up life rather than those that close life down.
• Achieving a long-lasting increase in effectiveness and the ability to produce measurable results.

Ultimately, you will demonstrate a proficiency in the delivery of transformational seminars.

TMLP Weekend Leader I 

This rigorous, advanced level course is for people who are committed to leading Landmark’s Team, Management, and Leadership Program. This course is not merely instruction in the procedures and design of leadership and management. It is also an intensive, practical training in what is required to cause effective leadership through others in creating potent and effective teamwork in any situation.  
 

Mastering Leading Community and Project Based Programs 

Participants in this course will be challenged to invent themselves beyond their past experiences, opinions, and assumptions by engaging profoundly in the question “Who am I really and what is my life for?”  

Transformational in nature, each participant is left in a new realm of possibility for leadership.
